If you would like your tiny house on a trailer, you can add it to your calculations here. If you want a house without a trailer, it will be delivered on a trailer following which the tiny house will be taken off the trailer and placed on the desired spot. Insulation option

Please select the desired insulation for your Tiny House. In the standard version, our houses are insulated with rock-wool from Rockwool. * Please note that each insulation has different properties and affects the weight of the Tiny House. The value of the heat insulation differs for all three insulation types. If we want to rank the insulation value properties where 1 is the best insulator, it would look like 1. (best) Closed-cell PUR foam; 2. Lamb's wool; 3-4 of the same value for Faros and interwoven wool (the prices also include the cost of installation and auxiliary materials)

As a turnkey version, the basic equipment includes On-Grid fixed connections such as electricity/water/wastewater. You have the option to adapt fixed connections. For example, if you want to use an electric stove with 4 hotplates, a high-voltage connection is required (three-phase connection, see power connection). If your property has a gas connection, you can operate the hot water and individual kitchen appliances through the gas connection. Additional light switches or sockets can be included in the package. * Please note that depending on the selected connection type, some devices of the tiny house will change. If you want a larger front door with Smart Home functionality, a skylight, folding stairs and more, then choose below. The selection of windows, stairs and doors is taken into account in the planning phase and together with you we determine the right place for it your tiny house. * Please note that we will discuss your wishes with our interior designer and inform you whether the selected equipment fits your Tiny House.
